Three Drawer Configurations

The system is available in three practical layouts:

Fixed Floor Drawers

A strong, straightforward twin-drawer system with a fixed upper floor.

Ideal for customers who require maximum stability, secure enclosed storage and a durable platform for carrying additional equipment above the drawers.

Single Roller Floor Drawers

Combines a storage drawer with a sliding roller floor, allowing heavier equipment, fridges or cargo to be accessed more easily.

The roller floor can be positioned to suit the preferred vehicle layout.

Dual Roller Floor Drawers

Features two sliding roller-floor sections for maximum access and flexibility.

This configuration is suited to customers carrying multiple fridges, toolboxes or heavier touring equipment that benefits from independent sliding platforms.

Standard or Wide Drawer Options

Each configuration is available in two drawer widths:

Standard Width – 1005 mm

The standard-width system provides additional usable space beneath the side floor wings.

This option is ideal for customers who want to store smaller items, tools, electrical components or permanently mounted equipment beside the drawer system.

Wide Drawer – 1205 mm

The wide version maximises internal drawer and roller-floor capacity.

It is the better choice for customers who prioritise larger enclosed storage or need more space for bulky equipment. The overall system still fits the same Shark 6 tub, but the wider drawer body reduces the storage space available beneath the side wings.

Same Overall Fitment, Different Storage Balance

Both widths are designed for the same BYD Shark 6 tub.

The difference is not the overall installed footprint. It is how the available width is divided between:

• the central drawer or roller-floor system; and
• the concealed storage spaces beneath the side floor wings.

This allows customers to choose between greater drawer capacity or more side-compartment space without changing the overall vehicle-specific fitment.

Vehicle-Specific Installation

The side floor wing kit is designed specifically to match the contours of the BYD Shark 6 tub, creating a clean and functional finished surface around the drawer system.

Important Installation Notice

The factory plastic tub liner must be removed before installation of the vehicle-specific drawer and side floor wing kit.
